Minimum Purchase Policy

Ford Recycling does not require a minimum dollar purchase. Our
goal is to create an online store that is easy to use when you
need to purchase parts. We wish for your shopping experience to
be a successful venture and encourage you to buy as little or as
much as you wish.
Shipping
Methods
We
use several shipping methods including but not limited to;
FedEx, UPS, USPS, in town local delivery, out of town local
delivery and many trucking lines. UPS is the delivery company
that most of our parts get shipped with. The arrival of your
order will take between 1-8 business days depending on your
shipping address. Please note, at this time our site is not
designed to ship internationally. However international shipping
can usually be arranged; please inquire by email info@we-have-parts.com
or by phone (559) 264-3673.
Order
Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt with the
exception of orders placed on the weekends.
Any
orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within
48 hours of the following business day.

Orders
Sometimes
due to uncontrollable circumstances, items may not immediately
available for shipping and be placed on backorder. If this
occurs, you will be notified by email and be given the
opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund or
to accept the backorder shipping status. Backordered
items can take between 2-8 weeks to ship.
Domestic
shipping charges
Domestic
includes the lower 48 states. If you click on any product the
cost to ship will appear. The cost for 1-2 day freight will also
appear. If you are inquiring from AK or HI please email us at info@we-have-parts.com
for cost of shipping.
International shipping
International
purchases please inquire for shipping cost. info@we-have-parts.com.
If you have already placed your order, then you will
be notified by email of any additional shipping charges.

We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay pal.
Return
Policy
All items are guaranteed to be correct and as described, all
products come with a minimum guarantee of 100 days. Some
products guarantee is longer, if this is the case it will be
stated otherwise.
If
you do have a return please contact us at info@we-have-parts.com
for directions to process returns. We do accept
returns with certain stipulations. You must notify us that you
will be returning the part within 10 days of receipt, the actual
part must be returned in our hands within 30 days from date of
receiving product. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking
fee and no freight charges will be refunded. Please do not throw
away any packaging or the product as you will need both of these
in order to process a return.
