No Minimum Purchase Policy
We do not require a minimum dollar purchase. Our goal is to create an online store that is easy to use when you need to purchase parts. We wish for your shopping experience to be a successful venture and encourage you to buy as little or as much as you wish.
We offer In-town local delivery, out of town local delivery and many trucking lines. UPS is our primary delivery company and most parts that we ship out are through them. The arrival of your order will take between 1-8 business days depending on your shipping address. Please note, at this time our site is not designed to ship internationally. However international shipping can usually be arranged; please inquire by e-mail specializedford@yahoo.com or by phone 559-264-3673.
Domestic shipping charges
Domestic includes the lower 48 states. The cost for 1-2 day freight will also appear. If you are inquiring from AK or HI please e-mail us at specializedford@yahoo.com for cost of shipping.
International shipping

Most orders are processed within immediately of receipt with the exception of orders placed on the weekends.
Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the following business day.

Back Orders
Sometimes due to uncontrollable circumstances, items may not immediately available for shipping and be placed on backorder. If this occurs, you will be notified by email and be given the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund or to accept the backorder shipping status. Backordered items can take up to 8 weeks to ship.

Return Policy
All items are guaranteed to be correct and as described, all products come with a minimum guarantee of 6 months. Some products come with a longer guarantee, as stated.
If you have a return please contact us at specializedford@yahoo.com for instructions on processing returns. We do accept returns with certain stipulations. You must notify us that you will be returning the part within 10 days of receipt for accepted returns the actual part must be returned in our hands within 30 days from date of receiving product. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and no freight charges will be refunded. Please do not throw away any packaging or the product as you will need both of these in order to process a return.
